Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Kacey Musgraves Official Store purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
